Grand Rapids, MI –Despite a shortened tournament due to the rainy conditions, each of GRCC’s returners recorded a win at the GVSU Tournament as  Casey Feenstra defeated Alma’s Josh Gove 4-6, 6-4 (12-10) at the first singles flight, Brett Michaud defeated Phil Reinken from Calvin 3-6, 6-4 (13-11) at the second singles flight and Matt Mueller defeated Alma’s Travis Long 2-6, 6-4 (11-9) in the sixth flight.

Keith Lannon and Andrew Amante scored a doubles win over Cornerstone’s Andrew Son and Alex Tarnow 8-3 in second doubles.

GRCC finished the tournament 4-11 before the showers ended the contest.
